Reporting project status of
extremely large and complex projects to executive
leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders can be overwhelming
for both the person reporting and the recipient.
However, critical path information used to identify project
slack (or float) for key deliverables and/or milestones can
provide excellent data for simplified reports.
